Daan De Wever is the CEO and co-founder of Dstny Group, a European cloud communications provider serving over 5 million users globally with €269 million in revenue and around 1,000 employees across seven countries. Dstny’s global reach extends to the US market, partnering with leading players like Vonage and 8×8.

Starting his entrepreneurial journey at 21, Daan co-founded Belgian Network Solutions before launching Destiny in 2008 – rebranded as Dstny in 2021. He’s now leading the company’s ambitious transformation from traditional UCaaS to an AI-native platform with SmartFlow, an intelligent orchestration engine automating workflows for over 30,000 European businesses.

Beyond Dstny, Daan actively invests in and advises tech and AI startups and scale-ups, backing teams that solve real problems over chasing hype.
