Cláudio Meireles is CMO at Constructor Capital, where he shapes storytelling, brand, and community for the venture engine of the Constructor Group ecosystem. A five-time founder, he has built and exited companies across fashion, software, talent, and HR tech. Meireles has also led VC marketing by turning founders into platforms through personal branding, partnerships, and curated, invite-only ecosystems. His work sits at the intersection of venture, creativity, and narrative – helping technical founders articulate vision, ambition, and impact. After living in seven different countries, Meireles is currently back to being based in Sofia, Bulgaria.
