As a Co-Founder and CXO of Native Teams, Aleksandra has been part of the company’s journey since the very beginning. Previously, as COO and Chief Evangelist, she developed a deep understanding of how to build a people-focused product alongside a strong team, and most importantly, a sustainable remote culture. 

Her mission in Native Teams is very simple – creating experiences that genuinely help people hire, work, earn, and grow across borders. She believes that technology is only powerful because of the humans behind it, and that every great product starts with empathy and care. 

As a contributor to building a global team of 300+ people, her focus has always been on the humans behind the work – with a down-to-earth approach and genuine care for their experiences, challenges, and growth.
