Đorđe Nijemčević is a Sr. Principal Engineer at Tenstorrent, working on kernel optimization and agentic frameworks for automated kernel generation. He spent most of his career at Microsoft, contributing to OCR and computer vision systems, and later helping design and productize gaze tracking technology shipped in HoloLens 2. He went on to lead multidisciplinary teams building advanced sensing and telepresence prototypes, spanning ML, hardware prototyping, and performance engineering.

Đorđe holds a degree in Electronics from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering (ETF), University of Belgrade. He has long supported STEM education through volunteering and mentoring, including work at the PFE Science and Engineering Center. He is a husband and a father of two, and enjoys skydiving and scuba diving.
