Jonas Dinger is Managing Director of Social Impact Award, a movement empowering youth to transform society through impact driven entrepreneurial journeys. Active across four continents, SIA enables more than 200 early stage teams each year to build scalable solutions to social and environmental challenges.

Jonas works at the intersection of innovation, youth leadership, and systems change. He focuses on strengthening early responsibility, shared power, and collaboration across startups, academia, business, and public institutions. Under his leadership, Social Impact Award has scaled significantly, tripling its organizational budget to support more young founders worldwide.

Based in Vienna, he leads an international team of more than 150 people and oversees SIA’s strategic development and partnerships. Jonas regularly speaks on social innovation and holds a Master’s degree in political science.
